Air conditioner –

Is your AC not working? Or is it working poorly? The warmer

months are coming and we can do an AC tune up to get your

AC ready to cool down your RV.

Water Heaters –

Is the water heater not heating the water? Is the water

warm then goes to cold? We can check the components of the

water heater to see if it’s close to quitting on you.

Furnaces –

The furnace is not working? no click, click, click?

Or just click, click and no ignite? We can find the cause.

Refrigerators –

Doesn’t work at all? Won’t stay cold? Ices up?

Electrical –

Some things work on AC and not on DC? Outlets not working at all? The refrigerator works on propane but not electric? Fuses are out but why, what caused that fuse to pop in the first place. We can find the cause.

Plumbing –

Is water leaking at a faucet? Water coming in from the light fixtures or AC unit? Roof leaks? Toilet not flushing or losing water? Water leaks when taking a shower?

Winterizing both in and out –

Putting your RV in storage or not using it for a few months? Taking your rig out of storage? This is a good time to have everything checked as things get old and brittle and break.

Sealant Replacement –

Is your sealant cracking? Has it seen better days? Does it have holes and letting water in? Is there sealant missing or just need replacing? This could be a bigger problem if there is water intrusion. Your interior wood will absorb the water and rot the floor of the frame or the walls and can cause mold to start growing.

Slide out Seals –

Are your slide out seals missing or broken? Are they dry? Are they doing their intended job of stopping water penetration? These are another important item to keep an eye on.
